TICKETING COUNTERS LOCATED IN SINGAPORE EXPO HALL 5
• All attendees are required to present their valid ticket (digital or physical) upon ticket redemption for verification purposes.
• A wristband will be given upon ticket redemption. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event.
• Upon redemption of tickets, you may enter Singapore EXPO Hall 5. Concert queue shall operate from 6:30PM on a first-come-first-served basis.

MERCHANDISE SALES START AT 5:30 PM
MERCHANDISE COUNTER IS LOCATED DIAGONALLY ACROSS CONCERT QUEUE AREA (TOWARDS TO LEFT OF HALL ENTRANCE)
• With every SGD$140 spent on official merchandise in a single receipt, customers are entitled to a Cheki Session Coupon to participate in a photo-taking session with GARNiDELiA.
• Each customer is entitled to a maximum of 5 Cheki Session Coupons. A limited number of coupons are available.
• Customers are required to show both their receipt and Cheki Session Coupon for verification purposes.
• Cheki Session will take place after the Hi-Touch event.
• Please follow instructions from staff on the ground. Announcements will also be made via the sound system.

CONCERT QUEUE INFORMATION
CONCERT QUEUE OFFICIALLY OPENS AT 6:30PM
QUEUE WILL TAKE PLACE IN SINGAPORE EXPO HALL 5
• Concert queue areas for entry are located behind the Super Akiba Stage.
• Concert queue operates on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Strictly no unofficial queue will be entertained. You will be asked to disperse in the immediate area.
VIP HI-TOUCH EVENT
HI-TOUCH EVENT WILL BEGIN AFTER THE CONCERT
VIP TICKET HOLDERS ARE TO REMAIN IN THE CONCERT HALL
• Only VIP ticket holders are entitled to the hi-touch event after the concert.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event.
• We seek understanding from non-VIP ticket holders to vacate the concert hall
as soon as possible.
• No photography and videography is allowed.
