\n– Establish and sustain a good relationship with clients

#Position 3 – Project Executive (Japanese Relations)<\/p>\n

Scope:
\n– Handle and manage Japanese clients and partners

\n– Work experience in guest liaison or event planning preferred

#Position 4 – Merchandising Executive
\nWe are looking for retail and merchandising staff who are experienced in stock-taking and sales. As a buyer for the company, you have to be knowledgeable with Japanese pop culture good and good with numbers. Aside from dealing with our merchandise and sales, you will also need to manage SOZO\u2019s CRM services.<\/p>\n
Scope:
\n– Identify and research trends in anime\/ACG\/pop-culture merchandise market
\n– Pre-event preparations: merchandise forecasts, P\/L estimations based on forecast, liaise with Creative and Marketing on marketing on product line-ups
\n– Set-up and update of POS system for each event and\/or concert sales
\n– Liaise with clients and suppliers (esp. in terms of consignment sales; and\/or buy-out for specific events\/concerts)
\n– Manage AFA Shop at events
\n– After-event reporting and follow-ups – internally and to clients\/suppliers (esp. for
\nstocks on consignment basis sales)
\n– Manage and organise inventory
\n– Regular updates and packing of inventory\/stocks after each event
\n– AFA WORLD Membership support and relations
\n– Prepare online sales portal during event\/ pre-events period for sales (e.g. M&G
\ntickets; original production merchandise; other selected merchandise)<\/p>\n

Scope:
\n– Assist Creative and Art Director in ensuring cohesion across SOZO\u2019s brands
\n– Adapt and create event marketing collaterals for web, print and online media.
\n– Generate visual ideas and concepts for event-based designs<\/p>\n

\n– Have either previous industry experience or diploma\/degree education in design
\n– Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, with experience in web design
